It is a sanctuary to rest, detox, and relax. The staff is so wonderful, attentive and kind. They are very flexible with your schedule, so you never feel rushed, it\u2019s all about what works for you. Another highlight is the food! Oh wow! Every meal was my favorite until the next meal! The Chef and his team are phenomenal. Another highlight is the location and views. You truly feel at peace when your are Eupepsia. The staff was phenomenal! From start to finish it was easy, relaxing and stress free. Joanna made booking the trip a breeze. When we arrived we were delighted to meet Samar, a wonderful personal concierge. She made us feel like we were the only guest at Eupepsia. As a matter of fact, the entire staff catered to our every need. The food was delicious and the chef even made sure that there was no cilantro in my food because I have an allergy to that food category. He even prepared gluten free meals for sensitive guests. I loved the creativity of the food and the fact that he came to the table each meal to describe the dishes. It truly was farm to table! I don&#8217;t normally eat three meals a day, but at Eupepsia I looked forward to every meal.<br \/>\nFo us exercise enthusiasts, Dina was in the gym with her bubbly personality, bright and early every morning to lead us in our circuit workout.<br \/>\nLets not forget the wonderful spa treatments! They ranged from massages, facials, light, salt and heat treatments as well as indoor and outdoor pools and saunas. All of the therapists were excellent and the Ayurvedic treatments were phenomenal!<br \/>\nYoga sessions with the owner were revitalizing!<br \/>\nLast but not least, the beds were just as comfortable as my sleep number bed at home, including the ability to adjust the position.<br \/>\nOne final thought. If you have never used a Japanese, you are in for a real treat! This place is simply amazing. I was nervous doing a solo vacation, but out of all the guests I met during my 3 nights, 90% were solo visitors looking for a quiet rejuvenation. 50% were return guests and everyone said they&#8217;d be back and next time they&#8217;ll stay longer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">I enjoyed a morning workout with a coach, followed by breakfast with fellow guests. Next I participated in guided hikes off the property and then back for lunch and relaxation. Spa treatments in the afternoon were amazing! I enjoyed the hot tub, lounging in the hammock or heated loungers, salt sauna, comfy couches. Walking around in a comfy (provided) robe and a cup of tea was so relaxing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">The food was absolutely AMAZING! I&#8217;m not vegetarian and I didn&#8217;t miss meat. We all wanted the recipes. As far as comments about coffee (my big concern&#8230;I didn&#8217;t want to spend these glorious days with a caffeine headache!) It was the best decision I have made. This place is a hidden gem. I can&#8217;t say enough about the kindness and attention given by the team. The food was fantastic &#8211; the environment was beautiful and cozy at the same time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">They have state of the art equipment. The spa services are so unique, it was hard to decide what services to take. I only went for 3 nights but could have stayed longer. I will be back again. From the very comfortable rooms and top-flight amenities to the wonderful people, Eupepsia sets a new standard for wellness retreats in the United States.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">I love the setting, perfect for hikes around the beautiful property or just relaxing under the sky and stars. The food is excellent, tasty, in-season, and clean, with many of the ingredients coming from the gardens on the property. They were able to easily (and deliciously!) accommodate my need for dairy and gluten free meals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">What really stands out for me is the treatments, equipment, and amenities. The gym is just amazing and I loved the morning circuits that kick-start the day. The infrared sauna, saltwater float tank, and jacuzzi are big favorites and the array of ayurvedic and detoxifying treatments left me more refreshed, centered, and clear than I&#8217;ve been in years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Best of all, the staff are so gracious, welcoming, and kind, and the resort attracts great guests, so you can have as much good company or solo time as you&#8217;d like. I feel I&#8217;ve made new friendships and my fellow guests and I are already planning to meet for hikes in our region. It is nestled in the foothills of the most breath taking rolling farm country with majestic mountain backdrops. My entire stay\u2026 I felt like royalty with the most top of the line hospitality and service around.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The entire retreat was 7 nights and I didn\u2019t want to leave. Every minute of each day was spent in their amazing facilities and new habits were forming on wellness for me and it was easily attained and encouraged during my re-set from the daily grind. The staff in every way is exceptional!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Some of the kindest and dearest people you will ever meet. The food is prepared with excellence and is the best I\u2019ve ever had at a retreat. Fellowship is shared around a family style table and new connections were made daily. The treatments are top notch and preformed by the most skilled professionals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This is a wonderful place where all are welcome and you will leave a different person, if you soak it all in. Endless activities indoor and out, spa treatments, and rest and relaxation abounds! I have already begun to plan another trip with my husband and friends with in the year. 5 stars is not enough. My husband and I stayed here while I was 7 months pregnant. It was a way for us to do something special for ourselves before the baby came. The resort was so incredible and accommodating. The food was amazing, and the staff was incredible. They made you feel as if you were part of their family.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">One of the reasons we decided to stay here was because of the strict COVID-19 protocols that made us feel safe. Most places weren&#8217;t even an option for us because of the risk of COVID.
